For a long time, I thought the answer was more effort.
More discipline. More tools. More fixing.
I was intelligent, self-aware, and deeply committed to growth —
yet inside, things felt increasingly heavy.
Action required force.
Decisions felt conflicted.
My system was constantly bracing.
What I eventually realised was this:
